Smokin Pin Up Girls started as a calendar concept for a cigar client of mine. The calendar came out so freaking cool I decided to share more of these sexy images by making a book.
The content of this series was motivated by women at work, but with a classic Pin Up twist to it. As the photographer I wanted to capture a working environment without being judgmental to the typical house wife of the 50’s. Let’s show some leg, garter belts, & panties. If anything, I’m bringing out the sexy in vacuuming, baking & hanging clothes. It’s the attitude of the models that I want to tap into while they’re working. Also, I always felt that there’s something powerful, bad ass & sexy about a woman smoking a cigar.
